I love olives but not if they're soaked in a vinegar. How were these? :)
By the way this month Paper Chef is on again and the ingredients are easy, i.e. potatoes, thyme and prosciutto (or Jamon Iberico/Serrano). Would you be perhaps interested in sending in an entry?
Murasaki: These olives are like marinated in olive oil, preserved lemon, garlic and chili. I just asked for the olives with more lemon taste :-) As for Paper Chef -It sounds like a fun thing to try and you are right, the ingredients should be easy enough, but I must say I am not much into Mother's Day celebrations (or Valentine's Day, etc.). However, thanks for suggesting it and I may give it a try if I get the time :-)
