at home are completely white and we have nothing on them yet. Anyhow, I'm not at home today, I'm in Vienna.
The top photo is from last night as I knew the corner view theme this week is
walls and the bottom photo is from June last year. Both of them from along the Danube canal.

As I said to Lou & Tom (with the same kind of post), it's nice to take the city walls as yours. And actually, that is how it has to be! The streets are ours!
ReplyDeleteHave a good day, wherever you are right now ;-)
Fabulous photos, I love them both. The colours are so vivid!
ReplyDeleteThis walls are great! (And your pictures and your blog which I discover, too!)
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful day!
Very colorful walls and perfect for this week's theme. Have fun! xo
ReplyDeleteLove the vivid colors! Sounds like you have a hectic but very interesting life!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures! I especially like the second one: really great!
ReplyDeletenice graffiti.
ReplyDeleteNice!
ReplyDeleteLike Joyce said, walls can be doors... White walls alloud you to imagine a lot of worlds.
ReplyDeleteNice photos :)
i said this on suzanne's blog sakura snow, i guess graffiti is well and truly with us. (not that it's ever really been away.)
ReplyDeletei have mixed feelings about it. it animates our public spaces, and obviously we all notice it and remark on it. but like any other art, some is better than others and alot of it is just more of the same. i think it's a great outlet for young people but i would love for it to go to another level.
stepping down from my soapbox....have a nice week in vienna!
Wow, don't remember Vienna as so colourful!? The only multicoloured walls I saw there back then were those of the Hunderwasser Haus! ;o)
ReplyDeleteWow - thats a contrast to your white walls at home. Excellent street art.
ReplyDeletesome artistic walls in vienna!
ReplyDeleteWow - the colours are amazing! I do like graffiti - wish they'd allow some artist (me, me, me!) to paint over the dull grey bicycle tunnels connecting the tiny villages over here.
ReplyDeleteI like how the people are relaxing with no apparent awareness of the vibrant backdrop they are leaning on.
ReplyDeleteOutdoor spray paint tag art can be some compelling.
ReplyDeletei want your walls. on one of mine! now.
ReplyDeleten
Nice...really nice moment in the second one, the sun, the river....so calm...perfect for a grey day like mine
ReplyDeletesuch cool walls!
ReplyDeleteI love these photos, I love graffiti on walls. Wonderful.
ReplyDeleteYes, I love the contrast too as others commented, seems like the white on your home walls are windows through which you see the world. Great View!
